Issues with zipper hooks

The zipper handle fell off after not having the bag one month....not very spacious like the previous one I had no happy with product so I returned it. Not happy with product

Fashionable & Functional

Love the design of this bag from the aestheitcs to all the compartments and small details. The straps are comfortable & sturdy and there is so much space inside! The zippers are a bit delicate, at least in my first 1-2mos experience, but other than that I am very happy with my purchase!

Poorly constructed

Loved the functionality of this bag! The main zipper pocket broke immediately after only one use. When I opened the side zipper pocket fior the water bottle, the seam was not sewn together. Poorly constructed for such an expensive item.

Travel backpack

I purchased this for traveling. I vacation 5-6 times per year. The organization of the backpack is great. It held so much. The only negative was the zippers are hard to work and start to open with pressure.

Sadly Disappointed

Lunch box is small and does not fit most containers. Not much room left in the upper part of bag when lunch box is in use.
