Lack of communication from Macy's about this item.

I'm very confused. I ordered this item from Macy's, along with 3 other items. The 3 items came at one time. This item came by itself from a place called Shtiks. No invoice was included, nor did I receive an email that it was sent or delivered. I would like to return this item as it does not fit, but I cannot find where or how to do that. Can you please help? Thanks.
