Bad , never used and not working . And the returned policy is 30 days . Very disappointed

wish it still worked

Please don't buy this. It worked for about two weeks, then stopped charging. Shame, since it really seemed to help. I treated this thing so delicately, and it still broke. I didn't take it on vacation with me to avoid breaking it. Of course, when I came back home and needed it, the return window was over and it wouldn't turn on or hold a charge. And, I kept it in the original box, never got it wet, and tried several outlets and charging cords. The mask gets positive reviews but I believe the manufacturer has reduced the quality since, because the instruction manual describes features the mask doesn't have.
