Has good hold but the back rolls down and creates a bulge in the back.

I'm not really a thong person but this garment was very comfortable. I had it on the entire day with no discomfort. And the main part is it gives great support in my tummy area.

I’m 5’4”, 145 lbs & bought a medium. At first I thought it was great- really sucked my stomach in. But after wearing a few hours with sitting & standing back up a lot, the top of the garment was rolling down and created more visible side/back fat. I mean, obviously it’s not the garment’s fault- if my problem area was just in my front stomach it would have worked better for me. I have another spanx-like garment that isn’t a thong but it pulls up right under breasts like this one & has shoulder straps like a bra that I like much better- even though I use to complain that the bottom rolled up & so bought this one to try to fix that problem

Although it says firm hold it wasn't doing much holding. It didn't roll down which was good, but it seems as though the little hold was mainly the upper abdomen and not the lower abdomen.
