Zipper? Snaps not zipper as advertised

False advertising…fabric cheap polyester…huge size.. bait and switch.. the workmanship is awful. The gathered bodice crooked and does not match. The snaps pucker around fabric. It is a disappointment coming from Macy’s which is normally quality products.

Great buy

I was so excited when I felt the quality of the fleece and wrapped myself in the robe for size and comfort. My old fleece robe is pretty worn after 12 years of cozy comfort and I didn’t know if I could find a replacement, but I think this one will also give me cozy comfort on cold nights. A great robe!

Not a Zip Up

Disappointed, snaps NOT a Zipper. I Ordered 2 For my mom-in-law, she has been looking for rob with a zipper. The description says Zip Up, it is Not 😩 It is soft & looks like it will keep her warm.

Bought this as a gift for home bound mother. Supposed to be lilac. Almost white. Very disappointed. Final act, so can’t return.

EMBROIDERED FLEECE ROBE

Beautiful Emerald Green HOWEVER I ordered a plus size based on other Miss Elaine sleepwear I have and this size is ridiculously enormous in comparison - AT LEAST 20" TOO WIDE IN BUST/WAIST AREA. IT DOESN'T EVEN CLOSELY MATCH THE BRAND'S SIZE CHART MEASUREMENTS. I went to start a return and it says it's NOT RETURNABLE Final Sale. VERY UNHAPPY
