Disappointed

Have always worn Miss Elaine robes but found this robe to be not as I expected. Very disappointed in the workmanship - zipper I couldn't even close !!

Comfy and cozy. Is just what I was looking for and hard to find.

Poor quality

The tassel on the zipper has unravel and now the zipper has started to separated from the robe. I do expect better from Macy’s, not only are you closing the store I shop at but the quality is not what it used to be. Since I will now need to shop on line I think I will check other options.
