Wrong item sent

The material and pattern of the robe was nice. I had to return it because it was 3/4 sleeved and it was described as being long sleeved which is what I needed. I’ve contacted Macy’s twice about refunding the postage since they sent the wrong item. They said they would but it’s still not been refunded.

Miss Elaine Does it Again

I've long been a fan of Miss Elaine robes. I have two solid-color, heavier fabric for late fall and winter, and this one for spring, summer and early fall). It's a beautiful, colorful print, and soft fabric. It is well-made, fits comfortably, and the zipper works easily. I've worn it a lot and loved it.

Not the quality I expected

Fabric was heavily pigmented with the dark color which had a terrible smell & seemed to weigh down the robe. The cut of the robe was like a stovepipe & uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe this was truly a “Miss Elaine” product. I’ve bought many items from this brand over the years.
