My nightgown!!

It’s very, very soft and comfy. The most important part of my shopping experience was the clerk that helped me check out. Her name is Denise every single time I’ve gone there and she’s waited on me. Excellent service if I couldn’t find something, she would find it for me. I can’t speak highly enough of her Great person. I never met her until I started going into Macy’s and the first time she helped me was in the shoe department.

Not only did i not receive the nightgown, i received someone else's order entirely.i had to take the item (that wasn't mine) into macy's myself, the lady in the store was snarky, and then i started receiving emails saying indicating i needed to return the nightgown for a refund.i had to call macy's a 2nd time and re-tell the story and ultimately i got a refund... but never did get to even try on the item which i was looking forward to doing.
