Terrible comminication

I received the robe, but my slippers were canceled. The wait to get these items when ordered together is a joke and communication through is terrible. I am very disappointed with online Macys!!!

A great bathrobe!

This is the perfect robe for me. It’s long enough in length to cover my knees. The three-quarter sleeve means I’m not always getting the sleeves wet when having to rinse a few dishes or wash my hands. I washed it upon arrival and it looks great, no wrinkles, no problems.

Zipper issues

I've got 4 of these Miss Elaine robes and I love almost everything about them...except the zipper. I've had to replace all 4 of them. Having said that, i still love the material and length.
