Not for you??

How can someone rate this low saying it was too big for them, when not only does the description give the dimensions, but there is a picture of someone with it on their back?! It's not the company's fault you didn't graduate 1st grade and don't know how to use a ruler! The product is 5 stars. Go back to school!

Falling Apart

We've had this product 4 months now and it has fallen apart.

Not for me

Much larger than it looks. Too big for me as I’m a small person. I sent several messages about returning and no one ever answered. I will not be buying from this site again.

Disappointed

Bag appears to be well made but it’s literally falling apart in the seams. I’ve used this back pack for exactly 3 weeks on the weekdays for work and the back straps came undone rendering it unusable. Return window has closed, so I cannot return. I do not recommend this backpack for anyone looking to use it daily.
