Came broken

Nice bag however it came to broken. The strap was broken will return.

I ordered this for my daughter for Mother's Day, I have the Malika Satchel and she loved mine. The only thing her and I don't like about both purses are the two side pockets. If they did not have the snap on the inside it would be perfect. I was going to put my phone in the side pocket but was afraid it would scratch my phone. So in our opinion we wish you had not put the snaps on the side pockets. But everything else is perfect. Thinking about ordering another color, it would be my 4th purse.
