Zipper BROKE after 1 1/2 Months

Love the style and price point of bag. Unfortunately, the bag came with scratches on the clasp and indents in the leather.

I never received my package. The seller stated it would be coming the next day after the status said delivered on Friday. The seller is just responding with email saying someone will contact you. I called company twice and left messages no response. Also the status with FedEx is still pending. Where is my pocketbook. Macys stated it is out of their hands. So why they not responsible their the ones who I paid for item. Peace
