NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I ORDERED!!!!

We ordered them with a 25% off coupon on your website to send to our residence in Arizona and have never received them. Not sure what happend, and I don't even remember if I paid on my Macy's card for something I never got. I will probably be terminating my Macy's credit card!!!!
