The couch was awful

This couch was nothing as described AND came to me in 4 huge boxes that I had to assemble only to find the cushions were 1-2” thick you could feel the frame everywhere you sat or leaned it was flat out awful and the return process was excruciating Macys who I’ve purchased furniture from for years, didn’t provide any assistance with this return and I will sadly after 26 years of being a customer, will never buy another piece of furniture from them again
