Solid Dresser, Assembly?

The dresser is great! Nice and solid with smooth moving drawers. Putting it together is like a 1000 piece puzzle. Directions are ok. They could be more detailed when it comes to the placement of parts regarding the direction the rails and wood with drawer assembly.

Return not refunded

I bought the nightstand and dresser combo in September. When they arrived we assembled the nightstand first. It was a disaster. Easy to assemble, however the drawers were do not fully close. Looks cheap. With that I opted not to assemble the dresser and return it. I was unable to print a label for just the dresser, but unable to return the nightstand also as it was already assembled. I returned the dresser on 9/24 to UPS and as of today 10/26, I have still not been refunded. I have sent an u returned email to the seller but am unsure how to go about being refunded for an item that is not in my possession.
