Looks are deceiving!!!

I purchased this chair because of it's modern look. After assembling, I noticed that one of the arm rests and the back was stained (customer service offered 5% off. I contested and they raised it to 10%) and two of the wheels dragged when attempting to roll.....and I have hardwood floors. HORRIBLE! I took the assembled chair to the Bloomingdale's store and got a much better one from Office Max.
