Look very nice at the app (online Macy’s) but in my hands looks ugly bad material, look like fake!!

Very tangled

It came tangled up bad I sat here for 3 hrs trying to untangle it because I didn’t want to go thru the process of sending it back !

Nice Chain

It's a nice chain but have to returned it it was a gift for my mother but it was so knotted that she could not wear it.
