shame on Macys

Are poorly installed on chairs, out of 4 chairs 2 were missing the protector or fell off. the seat and the backs are as hard as a rock.Macy’s should be a shame of themselves for selling this. All return must ship back by using UPS. Also the chair I receive were just reshipped out I
