Seriously from Macey's???

I was so excited to receive the couch I had ordered from Macey's( favorite place to shop). for the price I paid , I really feel let down. When I think of Macey's, I think quality, trusted products. Well, I am ready to shred the account and return the so called luxury couch and ottoman. Lesson learned to only buy furniture in person.
