Ricardo softside carry on with 2 wheels
Very disappointed with this month old purchase, which I have used approx. 13 times. Retractable handle sticks and won’t retract easily. Material is very still and zippers struggle to close and open. Would return if I could and I will be contact Ricardo.

Great for quick trips!
I travel frequently for work, and while I do have a set of luggage I don’t have one that easily fits under the seat as a carry on. This luggage is durable, easy to carry and maneuver! It’s great for quick trips, and can carry all of my essentials.

Incredible piece of luggage!
This is a fantastic piece of luggage. I've used this on a weekend trip with terrific results. I'll also test it this summer when flying for vacation. I'm excited to test the store under the seat functionality. It's lightweight and the materials are sturdy & durable. The grips on the handles are comfortable to touch and hold during transport. The pass-through strap is a terrific feature to piggyback on larger luggage pieces. The zippered storage pockets are plentiful, especially the side pockets. The portable charging pocket is also a bonus feature. My favorite part: the snap-in/snap-out toiletry bag for ease of adding to a TSA bin and keeping products stationary inside.

Great bag!
This bag is such a neat size, not as big as an average carry on but perfect for a weekend trip. Feels very well made, and like it could last multiple trips. I think it can fit in front on a plane, or easily in the overhead compartment.

durable, spacious but not worth the price
feels very durable with a decent storage capacity. However, I’m not sure if it would fit under airline seat. I would be worried to bring it as a personal item. Another thing that I don’t like, which is more a personal preference, is that there’s only two wheels, so if I drag it around the two other static legs get scratched up. I think I’m just used to four wheeled luggage.
