Lousy Return Policy

The dress was lovely, but Macy's return policy is decidedly not. I paid the charge card in full at the point of purchase. We needed to return the dress the next day. That was when I discovered that Macy's is going to hold onto my money for an indeterminate amount of time before they refund me. No wonder their stores are habitually empty of customers.
