I purchased this watch and had problems with the touch screen from day one. I initially thought it was operatoer error because there were no instructions with it. But after thirty days the watch stopped working. It has a 2yr warranty from date of purchase, So I sent it to Movado's watch repair facility in Moonachi NJ. It was repaired and sent back to stop working again in 2 days. I contacted Movado to request an exchange only to be told to send the watch back to the repair facility. So basically Movado will keep repairing the watch for up to 2yrs, then you pay for repairs. This is a very low quality watch and Movado should take it off the shelf. Read up on reviews of the watch through a google search and you'll get real reviews, not the fake ones. Horrible watch!

Eye-catching but disappointing.

I purchased this watch for my husband about two years ago. The sleek, sporty look caught my eye & it was a trusted brand. Less than a year into its use, the time stopped displaying. No problem; it was still under warranty. I had to foot the bill to ship to Movado and the repair process was done in a timely manner. I was told that condensation caused the problem and I was not charged. Fast forward nine months and my husband complained that the strap was breaking. At this point, I was not under warranty, plus a strap is not covered anyway. Went thru the same process of having it shipped, plus parts and labor, and a return shipping fee of twice of what I paid to include insurance. At this point, I am just disappointed in the quality. I own other movados and have had no problems. Maybe I just got the lemon in the batch! I'm waiting to see how long this watch strap will last. To be fair, it could be wear and tear but I find it annoying that I have to maintain a watch as I would a car!

Coolest Digital Touch Screen watch ever

Was passing by and at the first glance, got mesmerized by the black dial with movado signature dot. Discovered that the watch activates by touch, and had absolutely simple time display in two time zones. I Love the Watch and the way it grabs attention by its sophisticated and elegant feel.
