I was disappointed that it is mostly plastic. Additionally, parts can't be removed for thorough cleaning.

I love this machine because it simple and easy to set up and use, fresh water every time and makes make kitchen counter look fancy!

Exceeded my expectations!

I had low expectations - but this machine exceeded! I wanted a single serving latte machine that did not use pods. The milk frother is the key - does hot and cold foam! Love the convenience, the quick clean up, and the end product so much! Now every afternoon I treat myself to an iced coffee cappuccino. So worth it!

Love it!

Loving this coffee maker!!! I was so worried it would be too complex, being so used to a kcup style coffee maker. This makes very good coffee and it’s easy to use.

Really enjoying this

I really enjoyed this coffee maker. It looks so fancy looking and it is super quiet. It makes the coffee quickly and the foam comes out nice. I am able to clean it very easily when I am done which is amazing when I’m running late in the morning.

Love this coffee maker!

This is my new favorite coffee machine! I use it daily to make hot black coffee, but I also enjoy using this to make hot and iced lattes! The quality is great and the only downside is that it is single-use and you can’t make multiple cups.
