The dress was folded like a used home dress it was not properly folded and thrown in a bag and it seems like somebody opened the pack and it was not properly sealed

Not really Petite!

Although it’s labeled petite, it is not! I am a standard 8 petite but this dress would require me to have the shoulders lifted just like non-petite dresses.
