Bad purchase, nice dress.

I bought this dress for my daughter's Prom ceremony. It arrived on the day of the event, she loved it but unfortunately it came without the belt and one of the belt holder was ripped. I didn't return it because it was the only dress she had to wear for her ceremony; we improvised with another belt that we borrowed. I was so dissapointed that nobody inspected it before ship it but I learned my lesson.
