Pretty dress almost true to size

The print is very nice on this dress. Not to busy. I think the color is between blue and purple. I’m usually a large in dresses even MSK petite brand. I’m big busted and it’s a bit snug in that area but it still looks good. It’s a little past my knees as I’m 5’4”. The flutter sleeves only cover my shoulder. Not much of the arm my shoulder I usually prefer a bit longer sleeve.
