Seems like a pattern!

I too received the pj item that looked nothing like what I ordered. Received a pair or gray extreme long thin pair. Not that gray striped pair I ordered. Noi I’ve read other reviews about the decline in Macy’s mail order business and unfortunately have to agree wholeheartedly.

Poor quality item, and not as pictured

Item received was not as pictured - the package contained solid gray pants and a solid gray top. In addition, the fabric was paper thin and the garment oversized - pants were about 5 inches too long for me, and the top was boxy. Poor quality item, don't waste your money or time to order this.

Mistake at warehouse or upc number

The item I received was not the same as pictured. I got a totally different item . The item I received was short sleeve not 3/4 and the pants was of different design . I returned the item explained to customer service and yet I still received for the second time the same item. The picture on the website says it is pink ikat. The design pictured is s not ikat.
