Not happy the top is so big

I like the color and quality and the softness but the issue is the top is large, very large and makes me feel sloppy and does not shrink an inch I tried 2 washing maybe I should send them back even though I wore them I was hoping for some shrinkage -- I just can't wear them when I feel my top is all stretched out
