Big slippers, horrible refund policy.

These slippers run large. I ordered a scuff style slipper. It was so large my foot would slide out the toe end of the slipper. It would slide all the way around my ankle if I had actually tried to wear them. Upon attempting to return the slippers to my local Macy’s, the cashier informed me it was my responsibility to mail these slippers back to the manufacturer for a refund. Apparently Macy’s will sell the slippers but they will not return them for a refund. I now have to print out a label and take the slippers to the post office. I wonder how long I will have to wait for my refund?

Slippers run very large and wide , poor quality

I do not recommend these slippers.

I'm not impressed with these Muk Luks slippers. They do have a foam bottom, but it is so thin, I might as well be barefoot. They also run large so my foot slides forward all the time. Will be returning these for sure!
