What happened Macy's quality of customer services

I like the style. Ordered size 7.5. One shoe is 6.5 the other shoe is 7.5. No returning label is in the box. The box was torn and dirty. I have take it back to a store now. It has ruined my trust on Macy's online shopping.

Perfect

Great shoe with nice block heal yet very feminine . I usually don’t like this type of heal but the ankle strap makes the shoe look not so clunky .

Beautiful shoes

Loved these shoes. Wore them to an after holiday party and they were very comfortable. Walking around and some dancing they remained very comfortable. The toe box area very room and toes did not feel squished or hurt at all. The ankle strap cold be a little longer. Would not fit well on someone with a thick ankle. The only downside was the sole was very smooth and slippery, but an easy fix with the purchase of anti-slip pads that I placed on the bottoms and worked great. Cheap easy fix. The little gold charm not even noticeable or noisy as someone else commented on. Would highly recommend. Purchased the black and went beautifully with my black velvet dress.

Great Shoes!

Love these shoes. I bought the black. They are so pretty, with the ankle strap and the gold charm hanging down.

Love These Shoes

Love these shoes. The heels were scuffed so I returned them, but I will be reordering. I would size up though as I think they run small.
