Looks expensive!

Product gorgeous, but no packing

The product is absolutely gorgeous and just as described, but I was pretty disappointed with the delivery at store. No box or any protective packaging. I asked for the original box, but they told me it wasn’t available. Given that the item is fragile, the lack of proper packaging was a real letdown. The product itself is fantastic, but the delivery experience (at store) definitely needs some improvement.
