Arrived with Head Broken Off

I was very excited to purchase this item. Although it was packed in styrofoam, when it arrived the head was totally broken off. It’s hard to tell if it broke during shipping or if was broke prior to being shipped. Nevertheless, it was a “final act” purchase so it’s not returnable.
