I just took delivery of my sofa and matching ottoman a few days ago and I'm really happy. I bought this around the Labor Day sale in store and had it custom made with Bella ink velvet fabric. I loved the hundreds of fabric options available to customize the furniture to my liking, and at no extra cost to me! I'm beyond happy. The 89 in sofa is the perfect size for my living room and the ottoman is a great companion piece. To anyone complaining about the stock fabric, I highly recommend going in store and looking at all the available options and customizing. Yes, it took longer (around 10 weeks) but it's well with it. Delivery was a breeze. We'll see how well it holds up to daily use and pets.
Poor fabric quality
Purchased this sofa in a cream color a little over a year ago. Love the style but fabric is low quality. The sofa is rarely used and has horrible pilling and color fastness. Had a technician look at the sofa and was deemed "normal wear and tear" on the claim. In person he said I need replacement covers. It looks pretty but not condusive for normal every day use.

Nice design, poor quality
Couch & ottoman less than 4 months old. Fabric of seat cushions already loose and EXTREMELY worn/fuzzy. Be forewarned...this is NOT the most comfortable couch. Squared design is beautiful but not the most comfortable. Wide enough to lay on but not deep enough to really be comfy. Better suited for sitting couch but bc of fabric issue, I would NOT recommend at all.
Looks good but quickly dissapointed
Not sure what color couch the other great reviewers have, but I have had the organic/oatmeal color for about 3 months. Though the couch looks great, it attracts lint balls--you know the kind that typically forms on sweaters that you have to pick off?? Every time you sit on the couch it develops pillings/balls that make the couch look dirty and unattractive.

Don't hesitate to buy this beauty! Looked for 2 months at all the furniture stores in town with no luck. I stumbled upon this couch at Macys.com and instantly knew I wanted it for my sunroom. Low profile, long enough for a tall person to lay down, beautiful Costal green color, comfortable yet just firm enough. I was a bit reluctant to buy something without seeing it but all the reviews were so good it was hard to resist. I am so happy with this couch I purchased the chair and ottoman that matches and bought the protection plan since I have a dog. I recommend this couch if you are looking for something stylish and comfortable!
Sofa & Loveseat are GORGEOUS! So pleased!
I always look for smaller/normal size couches for my living room (about 38" deep and a sofa that is no longer than 84" long). My Nari tufted back sofa and loveseat just arrived, and they far exceeded my expectations. There are beautiful stitching details on the cushions (subtle, but they give the couch a more "expensive" look). I also appreciate that the cushions are firm and the fabric is heavy and somewhat stiff. I bought a similar set at another retailer (NOT Macy's, around the same price) and it had a softer feel and fabric, but the couches quickly degraded and the cushions sagged. After 4 years of normal use, I had to replace them. :( For the price, this sofa and loveseat are a WOW! And, it's all in the details - from the fabric, to the stitching, to the beautiful wood base/legs. I got an ottoman too. I love how the firm cushions keep you upright and make it easy to get up from a sitting position. If you're thinking of buying this sofa, you have to assess your needs. If you like to lay on your sofa and watch TV, this may not be the best choice, because it is firm. If you sit-up while watching TV and want a sofa that is easier to get in and out of...with a lot of designer details and really nice fabric, this may be just what you're looking for. I bought the "coastal" color - it is more of an Ivory/Cream (versus the Beige almost Yellow fabric that is depicted); it is very neutral - I was hoping it was more of the Ivory color...and it was! Very pleased with this purchase and the price! My living room looks amazing now!
Love this sofa!
Color is true to image. We ordered it online sight unseen and it works beautifully in our living room. The construction appears very high quality and the style is classic and beautiful. Cushions are generous - love that they can be reversed. We've had the sofa about two weeks and are very pleased. Delivery could not be more professional. Fabulous.
