I have never used a pressure canner like this before. Conveniently it is both pressure and water-bath.

Gasket problem

I bought this a year ago and never used it.i made one batch and it worked fine and now making another batch it created an error that the gasket needs to be replaced. Tried calling into the company and there was no answer and it was about 10:00am. Not the best support.

Purchaed 9/30/2024 - display fail 8/30/25

Purchaed on 9/30/2024 and by 8/30/25 the display died and beeping noise started and would not stop - sent request for WARRANTY assistance - not heard back yet . Also, the interior has started to flake off. OVERALL - love this easy process especially as I was a first timer canner last year.

Love a product that lives up to the advertising!

I was told it was easy peasy…and it is. Directions are clear. The Presto Canner takes you through like holding your hand.

Broke down after 1 year and 3 or 4 uses

Bought this canner approximately 1 year ago. Tried to pressure can today. Machine started the heat process and then quit. No power to the display. Yes there is power to the outlets.

Lousy lid

I received as a gift because I really wanted one. I have to stop process several times to clean gasket and lid which only has steam build up On them. I might get lucky after third round to have the peg come up. It’s not been fun canning and I will have 50 pts of beans in a week

Have had for a year and it works beautifully (as long as you follow instructions) Sure beats doing it the old fashioned way
