Underwhelmed

Thank goodness we got this on sale because at full price this would be a HUGE disappointment.85% of the tree is not “ultra real” feeling, its that cheap tinsel-y stuff which was exactly what we wanted to avoid.The cords for the lights are an absolute mess and even after fluffing are highly visible. There are ends of cords that connect with nothing and have no cap to protect them. Luckily the whole tree lights up even with these odd ends. The cords made some pieces difficult to fluff because they are strung through the tree so haphazardly with no rhyme or reason. The good news is the lights do go to the ends of the branches and are even spread out overall, but something needs to be figured out with all the cords a little deeper in the tree. Overall we are satisfied enough because we got a great Black Friday deal but wanted to let others know in case they are considering purchasing at full price.

Waste of time and money

After receiving the tree a week late the top 2 sections of lights don’t work and it has been confirmed by the manufacturers support line the tree is defective. 10 days before Christmas the tree is a dud. What a waste of time and money (it’s expensive) and now we will have to waste more time trying to return it.
