Shocked but not in a good way

The tree I received does not look anything like the picture. It was open and looks used.The tree is not full like the picture. It has to be a mistake. The box was in horrible shape. I ordered it for next Christmas. I guess this is trash. I put it together just to see how it looks. Please look at the picture below.
