Caution much lower then the 5' advertised

They advertise this tree as being 5' tall, after buying this after the holidays last year I finally got to set it all up, The setup was fast and easy and it does look as good as it does in the picture. The problem I have is it is not even close to the advertised height. Fully assembled with the stand it is just over 4'. Very disappointed as it was purchased to display on our front porch but hardly reaches over the railings

Flock This

Definitely does not look the photo out of the box. More sparse and requires a lot of time positioning branches. That is not the main issue though. The main reason for my returning the tree is that the flocking was applied after lights were on the tree, so the lights are covered with flock. The male and female ends of the light cords are covered in flock also. Not sure sticking a flock covered prong into an electrical outlet is a good thing.
