Shop around if your looking for a fuller tree..

This tree looks nothing like the picture displayed in the ad. The picture shows a full looking tree when I received the tree and put it together I can see the center pole after spreading the branches. I would not recommend this tree to anyone and I would never buy another tree online from Macys or any other online store. I would rather go look at trees before purchasing a tree again.

It's ok not like the picture on the website

I was disappointed when I set the tree up. It was easy to assemble but it is not as full as the picture on the website. The branches are not sturdy it doesn't hold heavier ornaments I have had several ornaments fall off of the tree. Also during setup a good number of tree needles fell off like I was setting up a older tree. I got it at a discount price but not really sure it was worth that much money overall.

Disappointed. Looks nothing like photo

Very disappointed. Looks nothing like the photo. The needles are much wider and look obviously artificial. The tree has large gaps, and looks like a tree with low value. Do NOT recommend.

Not what I ordered

This tree is obviously not the one pictured as the picture shows a very full tree. The tree that was sent to me has many blank spaces and several branches that are not secured to main trunk causing them to droop and need support

No lights

Put the tree together and plugged it right in as soon as it arrived. Lights didn’t go on. Tried changing the fuse as suggested still didn’t light up. Had to pack it all up and ship it back. No tree for Xmas this year. On top of 2020 being a depressing year as it is. So disappointed

Not as described. Very disappointing

I bought it in Jan 2020. I have just opened the box today, and it looks far from what the ads look like. I am very disappointed.
