Bootie Flop

I ordered this in August and started wearing them in October. I loved the feel and the look and I got a lot of compliments. But, today I was wearing them and walking and hearing a flopping sound. The whole bottom portion, from the stitching area, was loose and was flopping onto my heel with each step I took. I love these boots but I just hope there were more durable. I've only worn them casually and have NOT been on an uneven ground or rugged terrain. How can I receive a replacement? I can take the boots into Macys for a return. In purchasing from a known brand such as Naturalizer, I expected a better shoe.

Great boot

I have very narrow feet so a little wide for me. However with insoles and tightening the laces the boots were just fine and comfortable. Love the look and they worked well in unexpected snow due to the good soles.

Comfortable, stylish boots

I was looking for a combat style boot that wasn’t clunky looking. This boot fit the bill. It is lightweight, comfortable and supportive. I like that it has a side zipper for ease in putting it on as well as working laces to adjust the tension around the foot.

Not a good fit

Leather is low quality. Don’t buy it! I’m sure these shoes won’t last long.

I wanted to love these, BUT....

I wanted to love these, BUT....synthetic leather is too stiff and cuts me right at a very uncomfortable place on the ankle. I don't feel like "wearing in" will improve it. Agree with other reviews to size up at least a half for tight toe bed- I am 8.5 usually and purchased a 9 and they were snug.
