Bad shaping

The shaft is wide and it fit good. The problem is the shaping that goes from ankle to wide. In the front it was really nice but the back left a huge sag and then fitted in the upper thigh.

Big calves

My calves are huge and these boots zip up over my jeans. So thankful and wish they had them in an array of colors - I’d buy them all. :)

Beautiful boot great fit

Wide calf is way too wide. I did turn around and order the same boot just not the wide calf. Beautiful boot and very comfortable

Nice but narrow

Even with the wide with, they are still narrow. I wear a 7-1/2 wide but I have to go up a half size to be comfortable

Classy Boots!

These boots are beautiful! Dressy and classy and most of all comfortable!

Disappointed

Quality leather. Attractive boot. Two major issues for me - calf was too wide, bc the shaft was a cone shape as opposed to tapering a bit at the top. There was an odd, uncomfortable bump that felt almost like an arch, but was too close to the heel.

The Melanie is a beautiful boot, but the wide calf version was way too big for my calf and for my liking. I returned them
