Sadly returned these shoes

The shoe is beautiful and I love that the sizes seem* to be inclusive, with offerings up to size 12 and not only offer wide width but also, extra wide width. So here lies the problem, I ordered 2 shoes 2 different sizes and both WW and ExtraWW... both shoes would have been great but the band where the toes go was so narrow that my fingers almost didn't fit under it let alone my toes.. they were cramped and squished... the WW shoes did not accommodate the fact that the band also should be looser. Both were sadly returned.

Wide shoe but short ankle strap

I had high hopes for these shoes as itā€™s difficult to find wide witdth in dressy shoes. The foot itself is a wide width and fit, but unfortunately, the ankle straps are very short, which I canā€™t even close them. I will have to return these and start my search again.

Extra Wide is Not Wide At All

I ordered a size 9.5 in extra wide according to the size chart. My feet, at the widest point, are about 4 inches but I found that even the extra wide were very small. These were very painful to wear and Iā€™m disappointed because I had really high hopes for the extra wide. Itā€™s very difficult to find heels that fit! Otherwise, the shoe itself seemed fine, I did like the heel height and design. Itā€™s a classic shoe but unfortunately just did not work for me.
