Heel slips and has a gap

Heel slips when I walk. Nice shoe overall and is well made but the back of the heel has a gap and when I walk it slips off. May need to order 1/2 size down.

Too wide in the heal

The shoes came nicely wrapped and shipping was quick. I’m so disappointed they didn’t fit. They are really nice looking shoes but my heal kept slipping out of the shoe and the top of the shoe rubbed against my ankle. My toes were fine so I couldn’t go down 1/2 a size. Too bad. I really wanted to wear these great shoes.
