Used shoes sent

An used pair of shoes were sent and also wrong size. Went to return it as i am not paying for used shoes. I am a regular at Macys and was enbarassed the way the sales associate accused me of returning an used pair of shoes. Sent a complaint to macys, still awaiting a response. NEVER shopping at macys again.

Very comfortable and shiny material

I usually have a hard time being comfortable with close shoes but this one is comfortable. Goes very well with my brown outfits.

Personally do not recommend

I bought these shoes, and i got them in wide. I wore them around my house to break them in, felt a little snug. However, finally, when i wore them outside, i hated the experience. they are very uncomfortable and caused blisters on both of my feet. The material and design are very nice, the bottom of the shoes are amazing, but overall quality is not good. its like walking on a cloud but there are nails digging into the back of your foot
