Not happy

I ordered this hoodie as a Christmas present. Was supposed to arrive on Monday 12/18/23. It was sent to the wrong state and there was no care in the world by the customer service to rectify their error. Very upsetting. I even asked if they could resend it it expedited and the representative would not correct the mistake made by this company. I even showed them proof of the invoice with my shipping address. Very upsetting
