So disappointed

I ordered a pair of size 4 set to give as a Birthday present to my friend's twins sons. When it arrived, one set doesn't had clean bow tie and the outfit looked like as if already used. I have always been respectful towards Macy’s customer service and what they are doing for us in this global crisis but it doesn't mean that these type of things should be considered or Please! Be responsible
