Wrong color

Wrong colored jacket was sent. I purchased a white sport coat and they sent a baby blue coat. Returned and tried to buy color I purchased again and the price was way higher.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent online purchase and the misleading information provided by Macy’s. I would not even given a one star if there is a zero star option on this survey! I purchased a sport coat through Macy’s website on December 25th specifically because the order confirmation indicated that it would be available for pickup at my local store on December 30th, in time for a New Year’s Eve event. Relying on this information, I did not make alternative arrangements. Unfortunately, when December 30th arrived, the item was not ready for pickup and continues to show as unavailable. I contacted the local store—Macy’s Kenwood Towne Center, 7875 Montgomery Rd Stop 1, Cincinnati, OH 45236—but received no clear explanation or timeline regarding when the item would be available. As a result, I had nothing to wear for an important New Year’s Eve occasion, which was very disappointing. What makes this situation worse is the complete lack of communication or updates from Macy’s after such a long delay. At this point, I do not even know if or when the item will be available for pickup. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels deceptive, as the pickup date shown at the time of purchase directly influenced my decision to buy. It has significantly impacted my trust in Macy’s online ordering system, and I am now unsure whether I even want the item or will shop on Macy’s website again. I expect a prompt explanation and resolution, whether that be a confirmed pickup date, cancellation with a full refund, or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Sport Coat

The sport coat I ordered was delivered quickly and it fits well. The fit is a more tailored fit and runs true to size. The finish is matte and the material feels very soft as well as the blazer feels light.

Nice blazer for sale price

Nice blazer for sale price. Color a little different from website photo but ok to keep. Great fit on body. Sleeves a little too long and will need tailoring.
