Online shopping. In store pickup

Went to store for pick up and the sales associate stated that my item had already been picked up, which was impossible, at least not by me. That was an inconvenience is a Christmas present for My son, and she said that I could place the order there. I was very disappointed.

Color

The color in the ad for these pants is much lighter than the actual pants. Khaki is much darker. Stone looks white in the ad. I wonder if it's also darker.
