Exchange Issues

Macy's initially shipped the pants at no charge. When I returned them yesterday, they refused to waive the shipping fee for an exchange, since the store I visited didn't have the pants in stock. Therefore, I simply took the credit and left. BTW, the shipping fee was 1/3 the price of the pants.

Nice pants, but run small in waist...returned but would not allow replacement at same price...

Poor fit

Not a true 34 waist. Went to return and the salesman refused to return them due to the tags were missing. Macy at tuttlecrossing mall has the rudest worker in the men’s department. Told me to loss weight
