Poorly designed and executed customer support

I see I'm not the only one with this type of experience, but... The product was ordered and confirmed. Shipping date given. Tracking link sent. So far, so good. Received an email that delivery was delayed. OK, no worries. Another delay and now a notice of damaged package, contact the seller - Macy's. And now we go down the rabbit hole. Couldn't find the order, would resend (which didn't happen), couldn't cancel since the order since it had shipped, can't get a refund until I return an item that i didn't receive...sigh.

Nice sport coat

Herringbone tweed is a classic look. The Nautica sport coat is a good looking addition to my fall wardrobe. I bought the rust color which I intend to pair with black slacks and dress shirt or with a crew neck light weight sweater. It is versitile and can be dressed up or down; it would even look good with a nice pair of jeans. I may need to get it in other colors!
