I would give zero stars if I could.

I never received my sport coat and Macy's would not offer me a refund or credit for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. I will never order from Macy's online again. Huge mistake!!!

Bought a sportscoat, received a dress instead...

This is not related to the quality of the coat. They sold me something that was out of stock and shipped the wrong item (a dress) instead. I had to go out of my way to facilitate a return to get a refund and they offered nothing else to "make good" on this awful customer experience. I rarely shop at Macys to begin with. Will avoid as much as possible going forward. This was an awful experience.
